To mark the centenary of this tragic event on November 21st,
1920, Cahir Social and Historical
Society hosted an online lecture by Enda O'Sullivan on "Bloody
Sunday: Witnesses and Victims". Enda is the secretary of the Tipperary
GAA County
Board's "Bloody Sunday" Commemoration Committee. He is also a grandson
of a legendary Cahir historian, the late Timmy Looney, Pearse Street.
